14-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your new artwork.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery. Customers have 14 days to notify us, and then another 14 days to actually ship the item back.
We Guarantee Quality
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition and in its original packaging.
Damaged Prints: If your print arrives damaged or defective, don’t hesitate to contact us within 14 days with photos and your order details. The print must be returned in its original packaging with the COA (certificate of authenticity), at the buyer’s expense (insured, trackable), for a replacement or refund to be issued.”
Non-Returnable: Custom commissions and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Because artwork is fragile and its value is subjective, buyers should insure the return shipment for its full value, as carriers may only cover the cost of the materials.
How to Request A Return: Please email [grover@artspace-beautiful.com] with your order number to begin the process. Refunds can be “Full refund,” “Exchange,” or “Store Credit.”
